Late Policy
In order to ensure that each client receives the best experience possible at Mint Skin Center, we have a strict 5 minute late policy. If you are running late, please contact us and our estheticians will always try their best to accommodate you.
If you are more than 5 minutes late and your esthetician is unable to service you, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and are subject to being charged, per our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Mint Skin Center requires a 12 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours notice will result in a 100% charge of services scheduled.
No-Shows will be charged 100% of services scheduled.
